Websites, marketing and bookkeeping for West Valley tradesYou run the job.
I'll run the office.
Every customer sees a business that has it together: a real website, a Google profile that's kept up, a branded report after every job, and a clean invoice. You stay in the field. I take care of the rest, from your website to your books.

A lead in your inbox
Someone filled out your website form this morning. By the time you see it tonight, they may have booked someone else.
The Google profile
Still showing last year's hours. You keep meaning to add photos of the work.
None of that is why you got into the trade. That's the part I take off your hands.
What's your office costing you?
Slide each job to what doing it right would take you. Every number is yours to change.
Not ready to talk? I’ll look up where you show up on Google, compare you with the shops near you, and text you what to fix first. Free.

I'm Jake. I'll be your office.
I handle the office side of trade businesses across the West Valley: the marketing, the tech and the books. Think of the office manager, the marketer and the tech person you'd hire if you could afford all three. With me it's one person, one number and one bill.
Every job brings in the next one.
You do the job in the middle. I run everything around the circle, and the photos from this job help bring in the next customer.
Everything around the circle is mine.

This job's photos bring in the next customer

Customers judge you twice.
Before the job, on your website. After the job, by what lands in their inbox. I make sure both look like the best-run outfit in town.
Fast, clear, and an answer the moment they ask.
Photos of the work, what was checked, and a review ask while they're still happy.
Hi Maria, your service is complete. Here is what we found and did today.

What do I actually have to do each week?
Call back the leads I send you, and text me photos from your jobs (and your receipts, if I keep your books). That's it. I'll send you a reminder when it's photo time.
Do I need to learn any software?
No. If you add the Field App, your crew uses it on their phones, and I set it up and show them how. If I keep your books, they live in QuickBooks Online, included and in your name, but I'm the one working in it.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
No. I look at what you have first and keep what's working: your domain, your photos, your reviews.
Do you do my taxes?
No. I keep your books tax-ready and hand everything to whoever does your taxes. I can file your subcontractors' 1099s too, for $25 each.
Do you do payroll?
No. If you run payroll through a service like Gusto, I categorize its withdrawals with everything else, but I don't run payroll or file payroll taxes.
What counts as a transaction?
One line on a bank, card or payment-app statement. Bookkeeping includes up to 100 a month across 3 accounts, averaged over the quarter, so a busy summer month doesn't cost extra. Past that, it's $50 for each extra 50, and each extra account, like a second card or a truck loan, is $25 a month.
My books are behind. Can you still take them on?
Yes. Catching up is $150 for each month behind, and I quote it before we start. After that, it's the regular monthly price.
Is it really just you?
Yes. You get my number, and I'm the one who answers it.
What happens if I cancel?
There's no cancellation fee. Foundation and Growth have no minimum term: a monthly plan stops at the end of the month, and an annual plan is paid up front and isn't refunded, but your site stays up through the year you paid for. Pro Works and the whole office start with 90 days. After that you can leave any time and keep your website, and if you paid for the year, the months you used are billed at the month-to-month rate and I refund the rest. On every plan your domain stays yours, and you get your photos and page text back.
